Weekly schedule
Hi Molly! First of all, this is an amazing course and I can't wait to start applying these exercises regularly. I can already feel how they work all those facial muscles. I was perhaps most surprised to feel how trying to raise only one side of the top lip actually happens somewhere in the muscle going the side of the nose! It's cool work!
I already have a little vocal exercises routine, and I look forward to integrating these with those (face massages, breathing into the diaphragm and counting from one to ten, gradually, as you feel the air get released).
Now, for the schedule, this is how I envisage it and will start applying right from next week!
Monday - jaw and tongue exercises
Tuesday - soft palate exercises
Wednesday - lips exercises and de-voicing
Thursday - building confidence
Friday - jaw, tongue and soft palate recap
Saturday - eliminating filler words
Sunday - building confidence
