So, this is what I have come up with for my typical day. I'm not quite satisfied with it, but I'll roll with it for now and maybe change it up as I go along.
I honestly have no idea how often I plan to write. I was feeling really shitty when this course was suggested to me and it spoke to me, so I just decided to jump right in. It made me feel better and I hope to do the prompts. I'll probably attempt writing every day or every second day (I'm doing another self-care course as well) for five to ten minutes. What time of day? I'm not sure. Either morning after breakfast or late afternoon. My day is rather unstructured at the moment, which makes it difficult to get things done.
I'm excited for this course because a) I love writing, b) I want to learn how to take care of myself, and c) I'm going through a tough time at the moment and maybe this helps me heal.
