Project Management: Key Stakeholders Project
Stakeholders are important in the project. They are the individuals who are doing the work or involved in the project. It is important to stop and pause and think where the stakeholders are at and what their interest is. This information would be useful when creating the four box model analysis and communications plan, which shows us how to engage the stakeholders. It is also important to share the vision and goals of the project. And ask how for feedback from different stakeholders; finding out how they would like to engaged with. Goals and expectations need to renewed and realign frequently. This is why weekly introspective sessions are important to see where the project is and where things can improve and what went well.
To improve my currently project I would need to apply two tips:
- The box model and analysis and communication plan.
- And ask the following questions about each stakeholder:
- What are their interests
- What is their role
- What to communicate
- Where to get the information
- Why do they want it
- When to deliver it
- How to deliver it
