Playing with paint and other stuff
First exercise using the neocolour II crayon, charcoal and paint to practice line intensity. I did this on a couple of sheets and have been using it in my sketch book a little to loosen up my sketches.
Ok, so I think I must have added a bit too much water to my paint here because there isn't a great deal of difference between the wet and dry acrylic. The top half is dry, the bottom half is wet. Left to right= crayon, charcoal, paint and ink:
I don't have the same inks you used Robert, so I used what I had. Mine are Winsor and Newton which are shellac based.
