Unfortunately, there isn't an easy/quick solution to match the colours in the chart to those in the conditional formatting. Your best option would be to select the individual columns in the chart (you can do this by clicking on a column, then clicking again so only one column is selected), and then right click and change the 'Fill' colour on each of the columns one by one. </p><p>For your second question – how to change the chart from big to small – you can click it and then drag the edges to resize it. You can do this for the entire chart area (e.g. with the chart title too), or just the chart data area. Alternatively, click on the chart and go to the 'Format' tab where you can find options to change the height and width of the chart in the ‘Size’ section. You can also change the size of the gap between the columns by right clicking on a column, and then clicking 'Format Data Series', and adjusting the 'Gap Width' option over to the right. </p><p>I hope this helps, and let me know if you have any other questions.</p><p>Thanks,<br />Julian</p>

Re my second question:

I wanted to set the bars according to the values: Pines(8), Grapes(6), Bananas(6), Orange (4) and so on - from the biggest amount to the smallest, so that it would visually make sense.

Hi Ori, <div><br /></div><div>In this particular case, the only way to do that would be to re-order your data so that it goes from biggest to smallest, and the bars will update. The quickest way to re-order the data from biggest to smallest would be to add a filter after clicking into the data range. You can do this with the keyboard shortcut CTRL+SHIFT+L on Windows, or CMD+SHIFT+F on Mac, or you can select Sort &amp; Filter from the menu at the top.
