Yes it is New Zealand. I was fascinated that as I walked further up the beach the boulders were still in the cliffs, waiting for when they will be let go.  I took lots of pictures and worked on from them rather than at the beach as there were too many people around.

Your drawing is just as i remember even it is very long time since I were there. I like it. You got it in its essence.

Thank you Mette.  Oh my gosh. My grandfather was from Denmark. He came from Skelskor.  My maiden name is Larsen (which I understand is quite a common name in Denmark it’s early afternoon here at present.

We ar never that far from each other :-) a grandfather from Denmark.
Yes Larsen used to be a common name in Denmark. No a lot of people has changed to their middle names, with is more different names. But 30 years an more ago most people had a name ending with sen...Larsen, Nielsen, Petersen etc. If he had come from Sweden it would have ended on son like Larson Peterson etc
NewZealand is the most friendly place we ever visited. Have a nice day.
