I worked on my own project during this time and introduced yet another habit - mindful yoga.
Actually, this is an 8 week program I follow and it helps me tremendously to make even better connection with mind and body (remember mind and body is one) and be even more mindful. It is amazing how one habit affects another....We can discuss this further inside the program.
But don't worry....I am not eligible for that FREE coaching with the Instructor! :)
