I started this project some time ago and didn't complete it as I was getting frustrated as it just wasn't turning out as I had hoped!

 I think my problem was that I was comparing my design too much to Ana's and other students instead of just enjoying the process. 

So a day or two ago I decided to work on it again....I didn't look for inspiration in others work and instead just went with "my flow"

I really enjoyed the magic shimmer the metallic watercolours create...this is unfortunately hard to capture in a photo :)

As a beginner watercolorist I am still learning to let go of perfection and comparison and doing this piece has helped me on my journey x
