Cognitive fluency is when you make your website or product look familiar and simple to the customer, so it is easier for them to process it. 

Yes, I have definitely experienced the consequences of cognitive fluency when choosing which product to buy. Each time, I would buy the one that overwhelmed me less with its label, especially if those two products were absolutely unfamiliar to me before.

Cognitive biases affect us tremendously because every time, subconsciously, we want to align with the best version of ourselves, and when the product represents our "best self" then we are a lot more likely to buy it.
