First of all, thank to you Edi for your class, which I found very enriching.

- Here, the goal is to push the viewer to take action

Hook

*The sun peeks out at dawn (uplifting music) *

« Today you’ve set a goal for yourself » (Silence)

« You’re going to start workout.Because you want to lose weight and regain your self-confidence. »

*The alarm rings for 7 seconds… (Music stops)….An hand reaches for the snooze button and hits it*

« But as usual and like most people who give up on their dreams

you’re putting your life on hold. »

Setup

*Time stands still, everything freezes, the image darkens*

« Another day put off until tomorrow… »

(Somber music that creates a tense, almost sad atmosphere)

« Have you ever even wondered how many days you have left,

and if this were your last, would you be satisfied with the life you’ve led ? »

(Music builds in tension)

« When people are asked on their deathbeds, more than 70% say they wish they’d had the courage to live out their dreams… And the most tragic part is that they always thought they had time. »

(A sound emphasizing that word, followed by silence)

“Don’t become someone who realizes too late that life doesn’t wait”

Change

*The frozen image rewinds and goes back in time before the alarm clock rings*

« You’re lucky… you still have time. » (Silence)

« Make sure that This day counts ! »

*(Upbeat, motivating music starts softly) as the image regains its color*

*The alarm rings for barely 2 seconds, The hand turns it off*

« You know what you want »

*The person practically jumps out of bed and looks at the sun through the window; close-up on their smiling face, full of determination*

« you don’t know how to get it.

Ask yourself what someone who already has what you want would do. »

*The person gets ready to go for a run while the motivation music builds in energy*

« Marathons runner, they runs.

Athletes, they train.

Musicians, they play instruments.

Writers, they writes.

No matter what you dream of, you have to take actions. »

Reflection

*The person leaves their home and starts running. Close-up shot, which gradually becomes a wide shot*

« No one will do it for you ! It’s your life !

And if you have the courage to live a life true to yourself, not the one others expect of you. »

*Wide shot with the sun rising as the man runs toward his dreams*

« You take a risk » (Silence, tension)

« The risk of being happy ! »

Motivational music grand finale Victory music, rising energy
