Hey! I’m Alexandria, a Toronto-based cake decorator and owner of Finespun Cakes. I specialize in bringing my clients’ visions to life through elegant yet modern cakes, sugar flowers (a lot of them), and piping.

Through teaching I strive to help cake & sugar artists express themselves and make the things that they love, for the right people, and still have a life. I’m equally as passionate about building a successful creative businesses as I am about the creativity I put into each cake.

I graduated from Le Cordon Bleu’s Patisserie Superieur Program in 2013 and have been building Finespun Cakes ever since.

I’ve been featured in publications such as Ruffled Blog, Wedluxe, American Cake Decorating, and Cake Masters in the UK.
