In this capstone project, students will design a comprehensive Partnership Acquisition and Management Blueprint for a real or hypothetical organization of their choice. The project requires students to identify a suitable strategic partner, conduct a partner evaluation analysis, and develop a full partnership proposal that includes a mutual value proposition, roles and responsibilities, and shared goals.
Students will also draft a partnership agreement outline, highlight legal and compliance considerations, and design an onboarding and integration plan. The project concludes with a performance measurement framework, including KPIs, ROI projections, and a sustainability strategy for scaling or exiting the partnership. The final deliverable will be a professional report and presentation that demonstrates the student's ability to apply course concepts to a real-world scenario, with optional peer or instructor review.
