Now it’s your turn to get creative in the kitchen!
For your class project, you’ll bake and decorate your own floral focaccia, inspired by the techniques and ideas we covered in class. This is your chance to turn bread into art using edible flowers, herbs, and vegetables.
What You’ll Do:
- Choose your base focaccia recipe from the class (or use your favorite).
- Select a theme or inspiration for your design — it could be seasonal, abstract, or a floral pattern.
- Decorate your dough using at least 2-3 different toppings (e.g., edible flowers, herbs, veggies).
- Bake your focaccia and let it cool.
- Take a photo of your final design and share it in the Project Gallery!
