For your class project, you’ll put your new skills into action by organizing a sample Gmail inbox. This hands-on project will help you practice the core techniques of email management and show potential clients that you know what you’re doing!
Your task:

Create a new Gmail account (or use an existing one you don’t mind practicing with).

Simulate a messy inbox by either importing sample emails (we’ll provide a downloadable file or you can copy in old/unread emails).

Apply the skills you’ve learned:

Compose a professional email reply to a sample client message

Add a signature and customize Gmail settings for efficiency
