Create this easy watercolour painting of 4 pretty daisies.
In this class, you will learn how to paint these pretty daisies using watercolours, focusing on layering techniques, colour blending, and creating textures. Whether you're a beginner or looking to refine your skills, this step-by-step tutorial will guide you through the process of creating a beautiful watercolour artwork.
You will learn how to paint the petals with soft loose gradients, build up the centre with textured dots and add details to the petals, leaves and stems. As the basic outline is done for you there is no need to worry about your drawing skills or being able to keep up.
By the end of the class, you will have a stunning painting to be proud of, with a deeper understanding of watercolour techniques that you can apply to future projects.
This class is perfect for anyone looking to explore watercolour and develop their artistic skills in a relaxing, enjoyable way.

Create these beautiful daisies, with just a few colours you can create this beautiful bright artwork in watercolour paint.
Using the printable outline you can easily transfer the line drawing to your watercolour paper. I encourage you to paint outside the lines to loosen up, relax and go with the flow of watercolour painting.
At the end of this class you will have a beautiful artwork to easily frame and enjoy forever. Remember to upload your daisies and share yours with the class.
Beginning with a watery wash for the petals, gently build up the layers to find depth and contrast in the petals. We will then go over them and define the edges of the petals and finally add some stems and leaves.
Materials:
1 sheet of watercolour paper (I use A4 size and 300 gsm (140lb) weight)
A printer and letter paper to print the line drawing.
Pencils 1 hard (HB) 1 soft (4B)
Watercolour paint - yellow, orange, red, green, brown, black
Paintbrush, I use a mop brush.
Water, 2 jars (one for clean and 1 for dirty water)
