Acerca de esta clase
Tired of creating content that gets ignored or worse, misunderstood? In this class, you’ll learn how to transform complex topics (like health, science, or social justice) into engaging, easy-to-understand social media content that builds trust and drives impact.
We’ll cover how to find your audience, craft meaningful messages, choose the right tone, and visually communicate your message in a way that resonates, even if you’re not a designer or marketing expert.
Whether you’re a public health professional, educator, nonprofit communicator, or content creator with a mission, this class will help you:
-
Turn technical info into shareable stories
-
Design a mini content strategy using free tools
-
Create one ready-to-post piece of content as your final project
No fancy software or marketing background needed, just your voice, your vision, and your commitment to making change.
Proyecto de clase práctica
For your class project, you’ll create one social media post (or carousel) that translates a complex topic into clear, engaging content. This could be something like explaining a public health issue, myth-busting around wellness, or sharing a tip with a deeper meaning behind it.
Use whatever format fits your style; Instagram post, tweet thread, TikTok script, or infographic. You’ll apply what you learned in class to craft content that educates, resonates, and respects your audience’s lived experience.
You can use Canva, Notion, or just a simple doc/image. Share your final post in the project gallery with a short caption:
-
What’s the topic?
-
Who’s your audience?
-
What tone or style did you choose and why?
Can’t wait to see your brilliance! 笨ィ
