Proyecto de clase práctica
What You’ll Do:
In this project, you’ll create a 1-sprint plan for any project idea — real or hypothetical — using the core components of Scrum. This is your chance to apply what you’ve learned in a creative, low-pressure way.
Steps to Complete:
-
Choose a Project Idea
Think of a simple product or project — for example, launching a personal website, planning a local event, or building a mobile app prototype. -
Define Your Scrum Team
Briefly describe the roles: Who is the Scrum Master, Product Owner, and Development Team (even if it's all you — that’s OK!). -
Create Your Sprint Goal
Write 1–2 sentences defining what you want to achieve by the end of your sprint. -
Build Your Product Backlog (Lite)
List 5–8 user stories or tasks for the project, using the format: As a [user], I want [goal], so that [value]. -
Plan Your Sprint
Choose 3–5 of those backlog items for your sprint. Add estimated effort and assign responsibility (if in a team). -
Reflect (Optional but Recommended)
Write a short note: What did you learn about Scrum through this exercise? What was easy, what was unclear?
What to Share:
Upload a one-page document or slide with the following:
-
Your chosen project idea
-
Defined Scrum roles
-
Sprint goal
-
Product Backlog (just bullets is fine)
-
Selected Sprint items
-
Any reflection or insights you want to share
