Hi again! Thank you to everyone who popped in to say hello over the weekend. I love learning about all the fantastic ways each of you plan to use these classes for your unique interests and creative pursuits!

Up first is a remarkable course, Creative Writing: Crafting Personal Essays with Impact with the incomparable Roxane Gay. In this class, you'll learn the art of narrowing your focus into a very specific "why?" and then how to get good and cozy with your key idea before the drafting even begins. Roxane then leads you through the writing process, offers some valuable wisdom for revising your work, and leaves you with some ideas for how to start getting published.

Once you've watched the class and written at least one draft, I hope you'll share a snippet of your work here with us. To do so, head to the Classes tab and click "Create Project" by our first Milestone date of September 28th. Once you've shared your work, visit the Project Gallery to see what others have been working on.
