Throughout our Teach Challenge we give you the tools and support you need to create your first Skillshare class. Each week will include milestones to keep you on track, one-on-one support from our Community team, tips for making the best possible content, and fun prizes! One new teacher will win a grand prize of $1,000 to put toward their new side hustle & 5 runner-ups will receive $100 toward their new side hustle.

Challenge Timeline
- Milestone 1 - due January 11th. Watch the Teach an Amazing Skillshare Class. Then, start your class project in Teach an Amazing Skillshare Class and share your class topic and class project in the project gallery.
- Milestone 2 - due January 15th. Complete your own outline using this outline template. Share a link to your outline in your class project.
- Milestone 3 - due January 23rd. Post your introduction video or a sample video lesson on Youtube, and embed the link into your project or share the direct URL.
- Milestone 4 - due January 31st. Follow our step-by-step guide to successfully publish your complete Skillshare class!
Prizes
Each week of the Challenge, we will be giving away prizes to make it even easier to publish your class and find success on Skillshare. We are also excited to announce that this month only, one new teacher will win a grand prize of $1,000 to put toward their new side hustle & 5 runner-ups will receive $100 toward their new side hustle!
In addition to the prizes above, teach a class in one of the popular topic areas below, and your first teacher payment will be doubled*!
