I started my career at I-Jet Media, where I helped define the strategy that scaled the company from 1 game to over 80 titles across 30 social networks, reaching an audience of 70 million users and growing revenues by 10x. My focus was on identifying the right strategic bets — which platforms to enter, which partnerships to pursue, and critically, which opportunities to pass on.

In 2010, I moved into building my own ventures, spending 8 years developing products, defining go-to-market strategies and evaluating new market opportunities. That period sharpened the skill I now consider the most valuable one I have: recognising when a company is solving the wrong problem.

My focus is strategic diagnostics — finding the actual gap before resources go in the wrong direction. That cuts across product strategy, go-to-market, competitive analysis, and strategic narrative.
