Hi, my name is Jessica. I'm a graphic designer by day and a sketchbook procrastinator by night!

This class is the gentle guidance and motivation I need to get sketching! I'm going to prove to myself that I am creative and talented and an artist.

For me, fall is all about color! I love watching the leaves change. Every year, I wish that I could pause mid-season and live in the vibrant multitude of colors all year long.

This elevation drawing didn't come out as "cozy" as I had hoped. Drawing with a fork is so hard! Ria, you made it look so easy in your video. :)

Whew! I made it! I can't believe it. I'm so glad I did this. Participating in this class and the 30 Day challenge has helped me to loosen all the constraints I placed on myself... all those reasons I told myself to just give up and wait for another day to make art. I want to keep going! I want to get better!
