Everyone knows about pairing food with wine, but did you know you can also pair food with tea? Tea is an excellent pairing with food thanks to the range of flavours this amazing plant offers us. This is a new take on the old wine and cheese. It’s super fun because the possibilities are endless! Remember, have fun and share! We all learn from each other and I would love to see what you come up with.

1. First choose your tea

Pick a tea from the tea categories featured in class. It can be one you have at home or one you’ve been dying to try. Let us know what tea you choose!

4. Share - Take a photo of your tea and food pairing and share with the class!

Remember don’t worry about doing the “right” thing… if you like it then it works!
