13d2d9f6 Hi, I'm Sadelle and I want to help make art, craft and self-care be a soothing, relaxing and easy experience for you!

I have had a love affair with art, craft and creativity since I was young. I love the rhythms and soothing focus that playing with and creating patterns from yarns, threads, wires, paper, paint, pen and ink can bring.

And I LOVE teaching art and craft as a meditative, spiritual and healing path, in particular. Helping and encouraging others to find their own connection of the inner voice and finding their own gifts brings me great joy and is my number one mission. As I see it, inner peace brings outer peace. Using art as a form of discovering oneself and then celebrating and sharing those creative gifts is one way we we can spread love in tough times.

I live in the beautiful Green Mountain state of Vermont. When not drawing, creating with my hands, or journaling, you can find me weaving websites, walking labyrinths, traveling, leading retreats, re-learning to play my fiddle, learning to speak Irish, and hanging out with my partner and cats.
