Your class project is to use the attached worksheet to identify your self-limiting beliefs. This is an incredibly important exercise because for most of us, it is only our self-limiting beliefs that are holding us back - and often we don't even realise we have them!

Materials:

Attached is a worksheet that can be downloaded and filled in. It is recommended to print off the worksheet so that it can be referred to regularly throughout the year.

Getting Started:

Step 1: Review the lesson 'Priming Your Mindset' and using the worksheet, write down 10 goals that you want to accomplish in the next 12 months.

One goal might be that you want to improve your grades by two grade points. Another might be that you want to lose 30lb.

Be ambitious. Don't allow your self-limiting beliefs hold you back.

Step 2: Look at the list and pick the one goal that if you achieved, would have the biggest positive impact on your life.

Step 3: Write down one or two tasks that you can do every day to achieve that goal. It could be to study for 6 hours every day, or to learn a language for 30 minutes every day. Make sure that you can commit to the task/s every single day so that it forms into a habit.
