In this follow-up to Daily Meditative Art Practice: Pen, Paper & Patterns we’ll be taking a deeper, more mindful approach to working with simple lines and patterns as a form of meditation. Together, we’ll explore five guided meditative pattern exercises inspired by the themes of connection, duality, resilience, boundaries and surrender. You won’t just be drawing; you’ll be observing your thoughts, your breath and your inner world while your hand moves gently across the page.
