Hello everyone!! It's been quite a while since I have posted a new class and I am beyond thrilled to be back with a class on meditation and mindfulness! Coming out of my master's in counseling and certification in integrated trauma care, I can't tell you how incredible it is to share my love of mindfulness and meditation with you all!

The class is geared toward beginners and has several guided meditations and activities, as well as some helpful PDF's to get you started on your journey! As we look toward the new year, this is a perfect time for self-care and investing some time in yourself.

I'd love to hear about something you've accomplished this past year and anything you're looking forward to in 2024! This past year, I bought a house, finished my certification program, started a new job, and visited three new countries. Phew!! Let's celebrate those accomplishments we've done as we look forward :)
