About Me

I am a husband, web development manager at the National Athletic Trainers' Association, and the owner of a small startup that develops and maintains open source software projects. I teach on the in-demand skills I use daily in regular work, to empower others to automate mundane tasks and free up time for high-impact work.

Open Source

Open Source is usually associated with software, but can refer to any situation where one or more people make their ideas publicly available for others to take and improve upon. I have a great deal of optimism for the ability of open sourced technology to lower the cost of access to virtually anything one could need. I work with open source software, but hope to expand to open source manufacturing.
