Whether that is learning about yourself more, your purpose, your values and what makes you tick, or helping you create goals so you can achieve them.

I'm a Life and Business coach and facilitator. I run mastermind groups for women in creatives, consultants, coaches, any sole trader. This year, I published a couple of books. The most recent: Tools I use as a coach.

I'm, CEO and founder of my business Live in the Flow. I used to work in the corporate world coaching and training leaders in business, but my passion is helping individuals live a life that just makes their soul sing. Whatever that is. That's why I love this platform so much. The traditional way of working doesn't have to be the only way!

I'm creating a range of training courses linked to change and personal development. I also help start-ups with their business. I also run the occasional meditation workshop, you might see a free course on here.

I'm partial to gin and a really good coffee. I write middle grade fiction as a hobby and love to paint (but my painting skills are very amateur). I am originally from Australia, but have lived in London for over eleven years.
