Finally on line a new mini-class abut Italian food.

Quarantine days are hard for all of them, so I decided to publish mini class about some awesome Italian recipes.

Easy recipes but not so common to find.

The first one is a main course Braised Rabbit with cocoa, honey and spicy peppers.
