I'm the founder of Ladies Get Paid, an organization that helps women achieve their professional goals and get paid fairly. We speak up about challenges in the workplace, and provide the tools they need to take the next steps in their career.

My previous roles were in marketing at Working Not Working and the Art Directors Club. Currently, in addition to Ladies Get Paid, I have a freelance business in career coaching and experiential producing and with my background in fundraising, I also help individuals and companies strategize on how to improve their development programs.

My passion is in helping people find job opportunities that they love and get paid what they deserve.
