The first project I made from this course is the one color painting. I had to chose my absolute favourite color, which I would use for every single painting I make. (I know, a bit crazy :)) It's called Emerald Green, so the tropical leaves seemed like a nice theme to chose. And also, the tropical trend is still going strong this summer.

I loved playing with the textures, also found some inspirations and tips from other artists in this course. I got frustrated at some point because it doesn't come natural to me to do things different, but in the end I can say it was lots of fun. I used most of techniques in the course, and I also experimented with some nail polish, which turned out a bit weird. Also I tried nail polish remover and rubbing alcohol, but I think bleach is way better.

The jellyfish activity was super fun! I tried out many of the textures from the previous exercise.

Ok, so I finished the last part of the project YAAAY! It's the first class I'm taking on skillshare and I'm so happy to have completed the project and share it with you. The galaxy turned out way more pink than I anticipated, but I fell in love with the color of dr ph. martins I just bought and had to use it A LOT! :))
