VS Code is your text editor. It's your finest weapon and tool when writing code. Make sure you love your text editor because you're going to be spending a lot of time in it.

Bootstrap 5 is the newest version of the frontend framework called Bootstrap. There are pretty much no other resources on it right now, that's how new it is. This course will also teach you how to read documentation and experiment in your browser like a web development BOSS.

React.js 101 is not for JavaScript beginners (though I have several beginner friendly JavaScript courses on Skillshare!). But if you are somewhat familiar with JavaScript, and you want to level up your skills to become a rad JavaScript wizard, REACT.JS is the way to go!

Lastly, if you're looking to become a serious JavaScript developer, you will NEED to take React 201: Intermediate React. Once you finish React 201, you will be job-ready and confident enough to start applying for frontend web development jobs. React 201 is brand new to Skillshare!
