Jasmine Friedl is the Head of Design in San Francisco at Intercom, and has built and led design teams at Intercom, Udacity, Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, and Facebook.

Education has been a driving theme in her work, both in career and other investments. At Facebook and CZI, she partnered with Summit Public Schools to develop and build a personalized learning platform for K12 students. At Udacity, she led design and research to democratize technical education. She's also taught interaction design at the Academy of Art University, and works with her husband Tanner Christensen to develop tools and resources to help new and transitioning designers by building educational tools and resources for design.
