Hi, my name is ia Llamozas, I was born in 1983 and raised in Caracas, Venezuela. Having grown up in a tropical country, made me fall in love with nature. Throughout my life, I have been also fascinated by art and liked to hear stories, which drove me to study Journalism.

In 2008, I took a big leap and moved to Barcelona, Spain where I was instantly inspired by the rich artistic culture and creative atmosphere. This made me want to explore in a deeper manner my artistic drives. After taking some art courses, but being mainly self-taught, I delved into the practice of collage art. This medium allows me the possibility of telling stories through the images that I collect and put together with artistic joy.

In 2020, I started to teach online how to create collage and everything about this wonderful medium. With more than 350 students worldwide, what I love the most is helping others to express themselves and find joy and calm in creating. Nowadays I mostly work with corporate teams and have been lucky to host experiences for companies such as Apple, Intel, Yelp, Etsy, and Target among others. My work has been exhibited in several cities in Spain. I also enjoy collaborating and creating content for brands like Airbnb and Neubau Eyewear as well as creating editorial illustrations for magazines such as Vogue Spain.

In 2021, I moved to Tenerife in the Canary Islands with my husband and my French bulldog Lola, where I continue to create from my home studio.
