My name is Georgi. I am a Bartender and mixologist with 20 years of experience in Hospitality. I am also a Drink Photographer and YouTube tutor.

During my career as a bartender and mixologist, I have collaborated with numerous brands to develop cocktail recipes, create menus, and train fellow bartenders.

Eventually, I discovered a passion for photography and began capturing my cocktail creations. This allowed me to combine my bartending skills with photography, further expanding my partnerships with various brands.

In addition, I launched successful Instagram and YouTube channels to grow my brand, JSOS (Just Shake or Stir).

I am excited to share my knowledge of cocktails, mixology, drink photography, and videography with you.

I hope to inspire many of you to start learning and creating unique cocktails and beautiful drink photography.
