great info and demos... i think it might be a good thing for you to talk about ventilation, and, to a lesser extent, eye protection... it's not AS important for this as it is for the soldering i normally do which is copper pipe with a MAPP torch, that stuff can splatter all over the place and get really dangerous... but, better safe than sorry... i use it by default because i need reading glasses...

and i'd love to see your demo on soldering covers onto humbuckers... i've seen it done by people who can do it, i did my first one myself yesterday and it didn't go so badly for a first try, but i'd really dig seeing it done by a guy that does it for a living... i think what you really bring to the table on the topic of soldering in general is the vast number of hours you spend as a professional builder vs. the other guys who do it every now and then as a guitar shop tech when someone needs it done...
