Share your unique energy signature and personal meditation practice!

Meditation is called a practice for a reason—it takes time to find what works for you and build a habit. Follow the steps below to make it easier:

Take one lesson a day over the course of 10 days (rather than blowing through them all at once) so the ideas and habits have time to integrate into your life. If you miss a day, don’t fret—just come back to it as soon as you can.
Complete the journal prompts immediately after each day’s meditation to further help you put this practice into action. You can download the workbook here.
Return to the bonus practices at the end whenever you need a tune-up or extra dose of guided meditation.

Once you’ve made it to day six, celebrate by sharing your unique energy signature in the project gallery so we can see what everyone is working towards. But then don’t stop there! Finish out the lessons, and feel free to share anything else you learn about yourself and your practice.
