Hi! I'm Max. I'm from Japan, and a Japanese native speaker currently living in the U.S.

I've been teaching Japanese to English speakers for a few years.

This course is about the very basic of Japanese, Katakana（カタカナ）which is one out of the three "alphabets" used in Japanese.

Before taking this course, I highly suggest that you take my Hiragana Course. Learning Hiragana is the VERY FIRST STEP towards your Japanese learning.

After you have successfully memorized how to read and write Hiragana, the SECOND STEP is learning how to read and write Katakana.
