Share the Pitch Video for your Crowd Funding Campaign

ASSIGNMENT

Your final project will be a unique pitch that reflects whatever stage of the crowd funding process you are currently in. If you’re in the planning stages, your pitch can be an annotated timeline of each step you’ll take. If you’re about to launch a campaign, your pitch can be the video you’ll use on Kickstarter, IndieGoGo, or whichever platform you’ve chosen. If you’ve already launched, your pitch can be an update video to pull your campaign out of a slump. No matter what stage you’re in, your assignment will be a useful tool for reaching your goal and making your crowd funding project a reality!

DELIVERABLE

1. Share a 1-3 minute pitch video for your campaign in the class project gallery. (Embed a link from YouTube or Vimeo.)

2. Alternatively, if you're not super comfortable with the video or are still planning, share an outline or storyboard of your pitch video.

3. As a third option, if you're just getting started but would still love feedback, share (1) a description of your proposed project and campaign and/or (2) a detailed timeline of tasks to be completed, from pre-launch through delivering rewards to your backers.
