For your project, make and take of photo of the recipe we made together, by following it exactly, or making your own version of it, like I did.

Think about how you normally like to enjoy your meals. Do you like to eat low-carb? Are you obsessed with noodles? Whatever you decide, I can't wait to see the results!

Let me know what practical steps you took to cooking with intuition and if you made a mistake, post that too. Let me know what went wrong and what you would change for next time!

PROJECT PROMPT 1: Take a selfie with a "new-to-you," interesting, or seasonal ingredient you want to try at the grocery store and let me know how you might cook with it.

PROJECT PROMPT 2: Take a picture of your top 5 pantry ingredients and let me know why they're your favorite. Or just take a picture of your pantry supply lists: a list of the ingredients you already have and a list of the ingredients you still need the next time you go grocery shopping.

LEVEL UP: Make a dish that you created on your own by being resourceful and digging around in your fridge, freezer, and pantry. Explain what your thought process was in coming up with your meal and if you used any of the practical tips you learned from this class to get there.
