Thank you for all your support over the last few years.

I didn’t set out to be a “productivity guru” or whatever productivity label you want to use. I started making videos to help people get into medical school.

But people slowly started asking me how I managed to be a doctor, YouTuber and semi-social person all at the same time.

Yet there was never one particular productivity app, technique or to-do list system that enabled me to do all of it.

The ‘secret’ if you want to call it that, was that I found ways to enjoy everything I was doing.

That’s genuinely what it came down to.

I found ways to generate energy while I was at work so that when I came home, I still had enough energy to do all the things I wanted to do.

And that’s what my book is all about - the principles, strategies and mindsets that helped me generate energy and feel good so I could do more of what mattered to me.
