So, once you finish the class, please go ahead and use what you have learned on this Logotype the result should look like the one we did in the class, completing this task is essential because it will help you get a grip of this technique and therefore you can experiment more or maybe do some tweaks to it.

Convert the vector layers to shape layers
Converting vectors to shape layers will allow you to have more freedom in the animation since Adobe After Effects loves shape layers.
Add and animate trim paths
The trim path will help us with the basic reveal of our lettering logo.
Offset the layers
Offsetting the layers is necessary to control the order in which letter appears first and to make the animation less boring and generic.
Pre-comp all the letters individually
Pre-comping is a great way to focus on each letter individually and also to keep everything organized because with animation that requires a lot of layers it is easy to get lost in After Effects.
Open create from paths null extended
This script is amazing because it will allow us to stretch the letters as we want and apply expressions to the keyframes. Using the path parameters to stretch the layers is not a great idea since you won’t be able to apply expressions to path keyframes because they can’t be assigned numbers and most expressions can’t be applied to keyframes without numbers at least from what I know of.
Stretch letters and apply expression from Duik Bassel
With every good animation, at least one animation principle must be included and we will use Duik Bassel Kleaner to apply the overlap and follow through principle. I will also share with you my best tips to apply this expression.
Add speed lines
Speed lines are necessary to add more life and expression, and to make the animation seem more real and interesting they are easy to make but they add great value to animation.
Make the logo disappear using trim paths and speed lines
Finally, after an appearance, you need a disappearance Houdini style here in this lecture you will learn how to make a stylish logo disappear.
Exporting Using Media Encoder
