For this project I took my inspiration from a combination of turkish tiles and some vintage crochet that my great grandmother made.  I found it difficult getting completely right...so don't look too close!  I also deviated from my original sketch after playing around in illustrator.  For a first time, I'm pleased with the result and am looking forward to creating some more.
