A brief description of the event:
I was swiping through my phone when I came across my old best friend's profile. Severe sadness, guilt and anger overtook my thinking process and I could not focus. I started thinking about how I was a bad person for leaving the friendship.

- I want a friend who does not make me feel guilty and sad all the time.
- I want a friend who can appreciate my efforts in the friendship.
- I do not want to dwell on the past.

- I used your app method. I swiped and then chose to forget about it instead of indulging in self destructive behaviour.

- I stopped being friends with that girl because her constant negativity toward me did not serve me.
