No vision, not sure of what I want. When I get there, I feel clueless, was it the same thing that I wanted. Maybe when I reach there, I like to go further down the road, but that's good, right?
Also, consistency is the key, I am fairly adaptable to different situations, so adjusting should not be an issue, but I need constant motivation.
A better plan will not only help me achieve my goals but also streamline my life in the way I want. I want to be flexible at the same time doing my daily activities. I travel a lot and so I can't go to the gym everyday but I can workout everyday, but I don't. I tell myself 'tomorrow/next monday/week' everytime I get a thought about starting a diet plan/workout.
A better plan will help me get what I want on a consistent basis.
