How To Create A Low Poly Portrait With The Pen Tool In Illustrator

Thank you Dawid for the tutorial, I really enjoyed it! My only issue I had during the  process the eyedropper tool only changed the fill (I used the shift key,without shift it did nothing)and did not  deleted the stroke, do you know maybe  what did I missed?

When you double click the eyedropper tool, you will get access to additional features. Usually if you check all the boxes there, everything should work fine
