Blender 3D Animation: Discover the Haunting Beauty of Liminal Spaces

Hello again Michael! You've made an awesome liminal space!I really love all the changes you've made to your space. They all come together to create a very different feeling liminal space, that still shares some of the class details.First, the idea to change the flooded corridor into a public shower was really clever. They both share similar design elements and tile surfaces, which tie them together while still making them completely different spaces. The shower heads also give a great contextual reason for the high water in the render. I can imagine this place being in the basement of a run down school or government building!As for your modeling, texturing and lighting, it all looks fantastic! The pale pink color gives the space a decidedly retro look, and the soft lighting does a great job of obscuring the background. Your flat top arches also make this space feel more "interior" and less like a tunnel like the original space.Lastly, your compositing has the perfect amount of noise and artifacting to really sell the old and degraded look these photos are known for.Overall, a fantastic class project!Thanks so much for taking my class and sharing your hard work and creativity with us all!Also, thank you for the kind review!
