INTJ [Introversion iNtuition Thinking Judging]

[Introverted Intuition with Extraverted Thinking]

Character Quirks:

-Confident, but dislikes having to explain things to people

-Doesn't like to acknowledge own feelings; if a problem arises, she takes comfort in looking back into why the relation with said person began in the first place; the original idea ideally based on logic, and control

-Sees love as a set of rules and criteria, a certain clear-cut way to do things, a clear end-point; ignoring all human nature of relationships, or any spontaneity

-Hard to get to know, doesn't want to deal with anyone who is not on her level, rare instant connection unless the iN trait is shared

-Takes things in through intuition, deals with external things rationally & logically

"INTJs live in the world of ideas and strategic planning. They value intelligence, knowledge, and competence, and typically have high standards in these regards, which they continuously strive to fulfill. To a somewhat lesser extent, they have similar expectations of others."

(*Strengths & Weaknesses kind of covered in quirks section above^)

Writing Prompt: Your character realizes that they strongly disagree with someone they respect

"What?" she questioned, laughing a small laugh in disbelief. "You really think that?" Kiwi knew she sounded rude, but she couldn't mask the disappointment in her voice.

"Yea," Mark nodded, holding his breath.

Kiwi looked at him for a moment with a stern expression. She felt all respect she had for him fall away. Suddenly, the person standing in front of her, was not someone she wanted in her life. She gave up on people easily, she knew, but this...this was unforgivable for her. She knew she couldn't stay friends with someone so cruel. There was no way she could look past this.

"I...have to go," she said quietly, looking down at the floor. She turned around, walking away briskly. Mark didn't chase her. He'd seen this before; he knew how he was, and he knew how people reacted to that. He'd known she was going to leave before he opened his mouth--Kiwi had too much self-respect; her standards were too high.

Still...the air in his throat felt thick, and his eyes welled up with tears as he watched her retreating figure grow smaller. He had foolishly hoped this one would stay. He had hoped Kiwi would stay with him.

He was going to miss her.
