"Happiness Hacks" - Project. - student project

Things that make me happy: 


- Keeping a gratitude journal. It makes all the difference because it helps me appreciate what I already have.

- Getting a full nights sleep. Sleep deprivation can and will make you feel awful. 

- Exercise / walking. It is not only good for your body but also for your mind. 

- Funny videos / tiktoks.

- Learning a new skill.

- Smelling something that has a nice scent. Such as perfume or a flower. 


This is the little list of things that contribute to my happiness. I hope they help. And as always, Wolf, thank you for the class.
