OMG, life has changed knowing how easy it is to make foccacia. Will definitely become a potluck staple for me.

For toppings I used:

Tuscan herb olive oil

Fresh ricotta

Grape tomatoes (sliced how Umber recommended)

Prosciutto

Dried oregano

Fresh basil

Finished with hot honey
